Visa on Arrival (VoA) Extension Now Available Online, Making Immigration Services Easier in Mataram

Applicants can now submit their Visa on Arrival (VoA) extension request online through the e-Visa ( evisa.imigrasi.go.id ) portal before visiting the immigration office for identity verification and biometric data collection.

Once the online application has been submitted, applicants will receive an appointment to visit their selected immigration office. During the visit, immigration officers will verify the applicant’s identity and collect biometric data, including a photograph and other required information. After the biometric verification is completed and the application is approved, the Visa on Arrival extension will be issued.

Providing accurate information will help speed up the verification process and prevent delays.
